Mdumbi Products

We make our own furniture and drums. We are planning to start a drum and furniture factory. This is a community initiative working towards being fully managed and owned by the community. There are a variety of crafts available at Mdumbi.

We grow our own vegetables, so in all meals are included organically grown veggies. We work towards producing most food ourselves, like chicken, eggs and milk. Fish, crayfish, oysters and mussels are already on most menus as our cook, Darryl, is a rocket scientist with a speargun. All these things will be eventually products in a trading
center owned by community members. We're most of all in the job of creating business.
